How to tell us about a security weakness in our websites or services.
If you believe you have found a security weakness in an Elegant Nexgen Technologies website or service, please tell us so we can fix it.
How to report
Use the contact page, choose “Something else” as the reason, and describe the issue briefly. We will reply with a secure way to share the full details. A dedicated security email address will be listed here soon.
We ask that you
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it with anyone else
- Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours
- Do not disrupt our services or test against other people’s accounts
What we will do
- Confirm that we have received your report
- Keep you informed while we investigate
- Credit you for the finding once it is fixed, if you wish
